Course
People interested in joining the ministry of Africa Outreach would be required to have completed at least one year of Bible College training, and have a heart for teaching and discipling.
Potential candidates would be required to attend the training course in White River. There after to spend time with a church in the country/area of their choice to establish a teaching program there.
The work would require training leaders in all areas of church life ie. Sunday school teachers, youth leaders, woman and men’s ministry, and outreach teams. The focus must be to equip the national church to reach their surrounding communities via church plants, evangelistic outreach and discipleship programmes
Where the material is not available in the vernacular, (local language/dialect) the Africa Outreach missionary would be required to oversee the work of translation until completion. The printing and supply of the material will be undertaken by Africa Outreach in White River.
Missionaries would be required to raise their own living, transport and ministry expenses.
